Erica Gentry 2
Erica Gentry

Erica Gentry attended Tennessee State University as a first-generational student where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Erica furthered her education by attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville College of Social Work where she obtained an M.S.S.W from the Nashville campus. She later received a license for school social work and later fulfilled the requirements of clinical supervision by becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For 15 years, she has worked particularly with children in treatment foster care and emerging adults exiting the foster care system at Youth Villages. Erica leads consultations for teams of clinical supervisors and specialists in the LifeSet Program, the Intercept In-Home Program and the Treatment Foster Care Program where she’s the Licensed Program Expert.

In addition, in 2021 Erica opened a private practice named Resiliency Therapy LLC where she specializes in depression, anxiety and trauma. She loves helping clients to process their traumas and understand their trauma so they can live life anew. She offers a lot of psychoeducation to help clients better understand themselves as well as work towards healing. Erica also provides mental health training for the local community.

She has been married to her husband, Vandale, since 2013 and together they have two sons, Caden and Camden. Erica’s passions include mental health advocacy, mentorship, social justice, community organizing, youth and young adult development, reading and cooking new recipes. She also loves hanging out with family and friends. Erica plans to work on her doctorate soon. Some of Erica’s awards entail Coalition of Black Social Worker of the Year 2023, Hometown Heroes Award for Mental Health, Franklin Justice & Equity Coalition Justice Award; and the University of Tennessee College of Social Work Alumna Award 2024.


Hannah 2
Hannah Hollings

Hannah Hollings is a dynamic student leader, entrepreneur, and advocate from Brentwood, Tennessee, passionate about law, entrepreneurship, and social justice. A senior at Brentwood High School, she maintains a 4.1 GPA while balancing leadership roles at the local, regional, and national levels. She currently serves as the 2025–2026 Regional Teen President for the Southeastern Region of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she previously held positions as Regional Teen Treasurer and committee member. Hannah also leads in her school and community as President of the Brentwood High School Black Student Union, a board member of OneWillCo, and a member of statewide advocacy networks including the Tennessee Student Equity Leadership Board and the EmpowerED Youth Advocacy Network.

In addition to her leadership, Hannah is deeply committed to entrepreneurship and innovation. She is the founder and CEO of H3 Lemonade & Treats, a honey-sweetened lemonade and baked goods business she launched with her sisters in 2020. Her venture has been recognized with multiple awards, including Teen Mogul honors for strategic planning and branding, and has been featured in publications such as Black Enterprise, Canvas Rebel, and The Tennessean. She has further honed her business acumen through competitive summer programs at Howard University, the University of Georgia, and the University of Tennessee, where she explored intersections of business, technology, and community impact.

Hannah’s accomplishments extend into service, advocacy, and scholarship. A Disney Dreamers Academy alumna and #BlackGirlChallenge grant recipient, she uses her platform to inspire youth and advance equity initiatives across Tennessee. She has organized entrepreneurship workshops for children, supported foster families through Tennessee Alliance for Kids, and provided essentials for underserved communities. With a vision to pursue a career in law and politics, Hannah continues to lead with creativity, resilience, and purpose.


Dustin Koctar 6
Dustin Koctar

Dustin Koctar is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and has called Tennessee home since 2009, settling in Franklin in 2015. He and his family are deeply rooted in the community, with three children attending schools in the Franklin Special District. Dustin is a Certified Treasury Professional and brings more than a decade of corporate finance experience. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including President and board member of the Association for Financial Professionals – Nashville and board member of the Franklin Justice and Equity Coalition. He is also a graduate of Williamson, Inc.’s Leadership YP program, as well as the City of Franklin’s Citizens’ Police, Fire, and Government Academies.

Through both professional and civic service, Dustin remains committed to promoting racial justice and equity, working to ensure that everyone — regardless of race, nationality, or ethnicity — feels valued, respected, and welcome in Williamson County.


Olivia
Olivia Park

Olivia Park’s practice focuses on general litigation matters in MGC’s Nashville office, bringing zeal, honesty and strong problem-solving skills to the firm. Prior to joining MGC, she focused on intellectual property, litigation, wills, trusts and estates, as well as family law at a Nashville firm. In 2015, she graduated from the University of South Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree in molecular biology and then, attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as the deputy editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Education. While studying law, Olivia also worked as a student attorney for the Sustainable Development Clinic.

Olivia also clerked at the University of South Carolina, Technology Commercialization Office, where she gained work experience in the transactional side of contracts and patents. She also worked as a law clerk at the Law Office of Jerry Reardon in Columbia, South Carolina. There she acquired practical experience with civil litigation and estate planning.

Shortly after graduating from law school in 2018, Olivia earned her license to practice law in Tennessee. She has a natural passion and drive for helping others and has volunteered her time at the Adventure Science Center, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Big Brothers Big Sisters in Nashville.


Revida Rahman
Revida Rahman

Revida Rahman, the Co-Founder of One WillCo, is a native of Mississippi and Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Tennessee State University. Revida currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for A Step Ahead Foundation of Middle Tennessee where they assist in preventing unplanned pregnancies with free 99% effective birth control, LARC’s.

In 2017, Revida and 4 other families sought change in Williamson County Schools where those efforts continue today. Through this grassroots organizing, One WillCo was formed in October of 2020 with Co-Founder, Jennifer Cortez. One WillCo works to educate our community and advocate for racial equity for students and staff in Williamson County, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. One WillCo’s message of justice and equity has been shared on CNN, PBS, NPR, Christian Science Monitor to name a few.

Revida was recognized as Community Service Person of the Year from Phi Beta Sigma. She is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta and has received the Presidential Spirit Award from the Nashville Alumnae Chapter. Revida and her husband recently celebrated 19 years of marriage. She and Yusuf have been actively involved in the change they want to see in their community. They proudly stand before their two teenage sons, Amir & Taj.


Yusuf Rahman
Yusuf Rahman

Meet Yusuf Rahman, a dedicated professional hailing from Birmingham, AL. He is a proud graduate of the Respiratory Therapy program at Tennessee State University, showcasing his commitment to healthcare which has remained one of his passions. With a remarkable career spanning 23 years, Yusuf has excelled as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, demonstrating expertise and passion to educate others about the effects of diabetes and heart disease.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Yusuf is a trailblazer in the community. He chartered a chapter of the National Sales Network and served as the esteemed President of the Nashville Chapter, showcasing leadership and organizational prowess. He finds joy in staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, often dedicating time to fitness.

On the personal front, Yusuf has been happily married to Revida Rahman, since 2004. Together, they are proud parents to two wonderful teenage sons Amir & Taj, fostering a loving and supportive family environment.

With his diverse background, wealth of experience, and passion for equality, Yusuf brings a unique perspective to the board, making him an invaluable asset.


Jeff Stewart
Jeff Stewart

Originally from Canada, Jeff has lived in the United States since 2011 and in Franklin since 2021. He moved here with his wife and two children to join the ongoing struggle for racial justice, advocating for equity in education, housing, economics, and criminal justice. He joined the One WillCo community within weeks of moving to Franklin in early 2021, officially joining the board soon thereafter.

The son of pastors and missionaries, Jeff believes firmly in the inherent value and dignity of all people, and in the universal responsibility to pursue justice for the oppressed. And though the systemic barriers faced by people of color may seem immovable by one person, he is inspired by the impact that committed individuals can have on the world when they are unwilling to accept the status quo – especially when they find others who share the same convictions and push against those barriers together.

Anthony Thomas
Anthony Thomas

Anthony C. Thomas is a Management Consultant with over 25 years of global experience in financial, operational and compliance auditing, risk management, project management, business process evaluation and design and complex fraud investigations for Fortune 500 and start-up companies in the automotive, fast food and healthcare industries. He also has experience in managing the P&L for a multi- unit retail organization including Finance, HR, Marketing and inventory management. He is recognized for his ethics, integrity, professionalism, and leadership.

Anthony retired from Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in 2019 after 25 years of service. During his career he progressed through the organization in the key areas of Audit, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations and special projects. In his final role as Director of Internal Audit, he managed the activities of the Field Audit function in North America comprised of 35 auditors and the Corporate Audit function in Latin America comprised of 9 auditors.

Anthony began consulting in 2019 and has worked in the entertainment, healthcare, non-profit and service sectors. In 2020, he was instrumental in leading the logistical efforts to open the drive-thru COVID test facility at Meharry Medical College.

Anthony is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a BBA in Marketing. He is also a graduate of the Belmont University Leadership Program. He serves on the Board for Community Child Care Center of Franklin. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. where he currently serves as Area Director.

Anthony has been married for 29 years to his beautiful wife Crystal and is the proud father of two children (Jordan & Corryn). His special interests include golfing, traveling and spending quality time with his family.
